The Casa de Clara community relies heavily on the support of both individual and group volunteers.

Below are the capacities for which we currently seek volunteers within each ministry:
Food Distribution:
-Driver to pick up food Wednesdays from 11am-1pm
-Driver to distribute food on Wednesdays 1pm-4:30pm
Showers to the People!
-Foot care
-Haircuts
-Cleaning showers
Hospitality:
-Prepare dinner for our household
-General housework and yard maintenance
Activism:
-Vigil with us at Lockheed Martin on the fourth Friday of each month
Intern with Casa de Clara
We offer summer internship opportunities for adults interested in exploring the Catholic Worker life of community and service. While living at Casa de Clara, interns can practice living out the gospel values through in-depth involvement in the various ministries. Internships for 2019 are almost full, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested in interning for two-to-three months during the summer.
